Right to Purchase

Stock
The products shown on this Website are only a selection from the YUCCS catalogue. This collection has been chosen especially for the YUCCS online store. The availability of our products is shown in real time, so it is possible that some of the products selected are not in stock. The YUCCS online store does not accept any liability derived from the lack of stock or from any of the models shown.
Our products change every season.
Keep in mind that the items in the Yuccs Bag are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer.
How to make a purchase?
YUCCS uses the following purchase procedure:
You must select and add the item(s) you wish to buy to the Yuccs Cart by clicking on the Yuccs Cart icon that appears on the Website.
The Yuccs Cart will include the reference number for the selected item(s), as well as names, sizes, and prices (including VAT).
In the same cart, we will show you a list of the item(s) that you are about to buy and the total price (including VAT and shipping costs).
Once the item(s) have been selected, you must complete the order form. There, you must indicate your personal data and payment information in order to process your order. Please note that all the information must be filled in correctly to avoid any confusion and problems when sending the purchased item(s).
Order Confirmation
Once you have made your choice and placed your order, you will receive an email from YUCCS confirming that your order has been registered (an order confirmation). This order confirmation will include, among other information, data regarding the identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs) and any delivery details.
If you make a mistake when placing the order, contact our Customer Service Department where we will be happy to assist you. However, always make sure to review your order before finalizing it. Before confirming the order, you have the possibility to edit the information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or your credit card information; You can also change or delete items in your Yuccs Bag.
If an error message appears, it may be a temporary communication problem with the network or an error regarding the email address provided. In both cases, contact our Customer Service at support@yuccs.com. We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, payment authorization cannot be obtained, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or the item is out of stock. If the latter occurs, we will inform you by email and we will reimburse all the payments that have been made.
We are not liable to you or any third party for the removal of any merchandise from the Website, even if it has been sold; nor for the elimination, revision or edition of materials or contents of the Website; or for refusing to process a transaction.
Pricing Policy
The prices shown on this Website appear in Euros and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those that are expressly excluded. All prices and offers will correspond to those published on the Website. The price of the products displayed on this Website at the time of order confirmation will be valid. YUCCS will not be liable for special fees, customs duties, or additional delivery costs. YUCCS reserves the right to change its retail prices at any time, except for orders that have already been placed.
Payment Methods and Security
Orders can be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
As indicated on the payment page, YUCCS will only accept payments made with credit or debit cards, PayPal, by cash on delivery and bank transfer according to availability, depending on the country where the order is sent. No other form of payment will be accepted, except for those mentioned above.
You must confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that the card holder has authorized you to use it. Credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by their card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to YUCCS, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
We will do our best to make this Website secure. To guarantee the security of payment transactions, YUCCS uses a secure payment system. This means that all sensitive data (e.g., credit card number and expiration date) is encrypted and transmitted directly to a secure server.

YUCCS will not assume liability for delays in the delivery of the merchandise that are derived from the lack of authorization by the bank.
We ship orders from multiple locations. Orders made up of multiple items may be split to expedite shipping. In this case, we will send you an email to inform you.
YUCCS reserves the right to hold any order for security reasons. Affected customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel the order when we cannot verify the shipping and/or billing data in case this happens we will notify you. Likewise, we reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe that the buyer wants to obtain the items for resale.
Purchase Limit
Customers who wish to purchase more than 5 pairs of shoes should contact the Customer Service Department of the YUCCS online store, where they will be given detailed information about the purchase options.
Purchase Guarantee
We can only fulfill the order if the delivery address is the usual place of residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this Website.
The items offered through this Website are a selection of products from the YUCCS collection and meet the same requirements in terms of quality and guarantee as those sold in YUCCS stores.

YUCCS intends to display the color of its shoes as closely as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes may vary depending on the quality of your computer monitor. Thus, YUCCS does not guarantee that the color displayed on the monitor will be an exact reproduction of the original.
Special offers, promotions, and discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until there are no more items in stock, whichever comes first. Our shoes have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counting from the day of purchase.
Deliveries and Insurance
YUCCS insures each purchase during transportation time until delivery to the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by courier companies of recognized prestige.
The delivery times by destination are as follows:
- Iberian Peninsula 48 business hours
- Balearic Islands 48 - 72 business hours
(We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)
- Other European countries** 3 - 4 business days
In case of a reservation, the delivery time may vary, and the customer will be notified in the mail received after the purchase confirmation.
Deliveries will be made to the usual place of residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this Website. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Once the receipt has been signed, the items will be the liability of the consumer. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays in each specific region or country. All purchases of YUCCS items are delivered by courier companies of recognized prestige.
To avoid problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, person absent at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with the contact telephone number.
When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating the package tracking number assigned by the courier company for the delivery of your item(s). This way you will be able to see where your order is at all times. If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, we will wait until all items in the order are available before shipping, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by YUCCS will remain the property of YUCCS until YUCCS receives your payment.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order(s) at any time prior to shipment and you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped (that is, it has already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until it is delivered to be able to cancel the order, although said cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions established for returns (see "Changes and Returns" section).
To cancel an order, you can contact our Customer Service, as long as it has not been shipped.
Returns (the information regarding exchange has been removed)
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item. To return or exchange an order, you must verify that the following conditions are met.
- The product has not been used.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and preferably in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced with one of matching size and capacity.
- The product must be returned to our offices (see address below) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
YUCCS does not allow the return of items to the online store when they have been purchased at YUCCS stores or multi-brand stores that sell YUCCS shoes.
When you send items for return, the products will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated below (and also during the return process). You can make the shipment through the courier company of your choice.
Once we have received the item(s) and verified that it complies with the aforementioned conditions, YUCCS will refund the amount you paid for the item(s). The direct costs of returning the item(s) must always be paid by the customer.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us the corresponding form that you will find here or by contacting our customer service department.
If the item is returned due to a manufacturing or quality defect for which YUCCS is liable, we will refund the full amount within 7-14 business days of receipt at our facility. The payment will be made automatically to the credit card or bank account indicated by the client, depending on the payment method used.
In no case will shipments be accepted postage due.

Applicable Legislation
These T&Cs will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. The parties agree to settle any discrepancy or conflict out of court and only in the event that it is not possible, since the CLIENT is considered a consumer and User. In such case, the Courts and Tribunals of the CLIENT's domicile or any other that the specific regulations regarding consumers and Users may determine will be competent.

Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement for Simply Merino S.L. which will be communicated at the following email address: support@yuccs.com. You can use the withdrawal form template below, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us by registered mail to the address indicated below, through the courier company of your choice, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline. Only you will be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from any handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
